Carla Cain speaks to 30th Ward May 2

Carla spoke to the committeepeople of the 30th Ward, held at Independence Charter School in South Philadelphia May 2. Candidates were given four questions on a slip of paper right before entering the room, so had to look at the questions, and then formulate answering them. Click on video to see her presentation.
